Regional Float Pool, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers
thorough nursing care to adult and elderly patients across various
hospital locations in the St. Louis area. This full-time position
on the night shift demands adaptability, clinical proficiency, and
relevant certifications in specialties such as Medical-Surgical,

Full-Time Shift: Nights Incentives: Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 No
Contract Required Base Pay (Based on Experience) PLUS Regional
Float Pool Perks AND Shift Differentials: $2.75 for Evenings, $3.75
for Nights, $1.50 for Weekends Benefits: Comprehensive Medical,

MO Units You May Float To: Orthopedics, Medical/Surgical, Medical
Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown, Medical Stepdown, Surgical Stepdown,
Cardiac Telemetry, Cardiac Vascular Intensive Care, Oncology,
Neurology, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, ICU, and more!
Qualifications: Required Education: Graduation from an accredited
practical nursing program Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and
maintaining a current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting
all State Board of Nursing requirements Experience: One year of
recent bedside LPN experience for Medical-Surgical units. For other
specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent
bedside LPN experience is required. Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with Epic Certifications (Required to Start): For
Medical-Surgical (MS) - BLS For Critical Care (CC) - BLS, ACLS For
Emergency Department (ED) - BLS, ACLS, & PALS IV certification is
mandatory Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand/walk for
most of the shift; significant bending, stooping, and
lifting/turning patients with assistance; ability to push/pull/grip
