Night Shift - Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for
delivering comprehensive postoperative care to adult surgical
patients during the night shift. This role involves coordinating
patient care, assessing the effectiveness of treatments, and
ensuring patient confidentiality while upholding professional
nursing standards. Candidates must possess an active RN license and

us! Position Overview: Utilizing the nursing process, the RN
provides essential patient care and maintains accountability for
the care of assigned patients. The nurse evaluates the overall
effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers and
collaborates with various departments to ensure optimal patient

service standards. Position Details: Sign-On Bonus for Night Shift:
Graduate Nurse: $10,000 Experienced Nurse: $13,000 Position:
Surgical RN Hours: 36 hours per week, Night Shift Location: Mercy
Hospital Jefferson, Festus, MO 63028 The surgical unit at our
facility offers comprehensive, interdisciplinary care for adult
surgical patients requiring postoperative attention. Patient
categories include, but are not limited to: General Surgery
Bariatric Surgery Total Joint Replacement Fracture Repair
Urological Procedures Qualifications: Education: Must have
graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree,
Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and
maintaining a valid RN license in the state of employment,
including meeting all state board of nursing requirements.
Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the American
Heart Association or completion of the course within 30 days of
