BA or BS degree from a four-year institution preferred

Prior financial services backgroundNOTrequired

Job Requirements:
  • Provide support to wealth management advisers
  • Deliver private wealth education sessions to clients and staff
  • Make recommendations for investment strategies and appropriate asset allocations to achieve clients' wealth management objectives
  • Provide administrative support to a wealth management financial advisor by building and maintaining client relationships and assisting with ongoing financial planning for clients
  • Prepare investment analysis and investment models for prospective clients
  • Build financial services career with one of the industry's premium wealth management boutiques
  • Sell investment management and trust business
  • Drive the implementation of Global Standards and Best Practice
  • Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the firm's internal controls using a riskbased methodology developed from professional auditing standards
  • Ensure the compliance of all applicable internal and external rules, regulations and procedures
  • Lead and execute critical components of the Alternative plan to support the growth of the business
  • Perform gap analysis of fraud detection tools and make appropriate recommendations to the Fraud Steering committee and other senior management stakeholders -Coordinate engagement of Operations, Technology and Business partner
  • Authorize Disbursements from client brokerage accounts
  • Define/refine the governance processes
  • Process pre and post settlement corrections and adjustments for equities and fixed income products
  • Hold foreign currency deposits directly through a brokerage account
  • Work closely with Financial Advisors (FAs) and support staff on solving performance measurement discrepancies, and effectively managing expectations
  • Manage settlements and disbursements relating to Personal Trust client
  • Creating asset allocation reviews and financial plans
  • Support business growth as well as a suite of efficiency and revenue enablement initiatives
