Coeur Mining, Inc. is a U.S.-based, well-diversified, growing
precious metals producer with five wholly-owned operations: the Las
Chispas silver-gold mine in Sonora, Mexico, the Palmarejo
gold-silver complex in Chihuahua, Mexico, the Rochester silver-gold

The Health & Safety Coordinator is responsible for identifying,
developing, and communicating best practices to support a safe and
compliant work environment. This role will lead continuous
improvement initiatives aimed at reducing operational risks and
enhancing health and safety awareness across the organization.
Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and promote health and safety
best practices to support operational excellence Lead continuous
improvement efforts focused on minimizing risks in work processes.
Conduct and assist with risk assessments to proactively identify,
evaluate, and control workplace hazards Collaborate with teams
across departments to raise safety awareness and encourage safe
behaviors Support implementation and verification of corrective and
preventive actions stemming from incident investigations and audits
Participate in field observations and provide coaching to reinforce
safety standards Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience in
occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, or a related
field Strong knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment,
and exposure control methodologies Excellent verbal and written
communication skills, with the ability to facilitate training and
engage diverse teams In-depth knowledge of 30 CFR Parts 45, 47, 48,
50, 56, 58, and 62 as they relate to MSHA regulatory compliance
