You will hold professional accountability for the care provided to
your assigned patients. Additionally, you will assess the overall
effectiveness of care delivered by other direct caregivers and
coordinate patient care alongside various departments. Upholding
patient rights and ensuring the confidentiality of patient
information is paramount. All responsibilities should be executed

Position Overview: Education: Completion of an accredited nursing
program is required. Licensure: Must possess an active RN license
in the state where you practice. Experience: A minimum of one year
of experience in perioperative nursing is essential.
Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications are required within the
first year of employment. Other: Ongoing competence in assisting
and perioperative nursing is expected. Preferred: CNOR
certification and/or completion of an RN-First Assistant
certification course is advantageous. Physical Requirements: The
role necessitates the ability to regularly push, pull, and/or lift
up to 50 lbs. Prolonged standing and walking are required
throughout each shift. Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist,
