This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for adult and elderly patients in diverse clinical environments, including Medical-Surgical, Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department, and specialty units. Qualifications: Required Education: Completion of an accredited practical nursing program Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current LPN license in the state of practice, fulfilling all State Board of Nursing requirements Experience: At least one year of recent bedside LPN experience for Medical-Surgical units. For other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bedside LPN experience is required. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic software Certifications (Required to Start): For Medical-Surgical: BLS For Critical Care: BLS, ACLS For Emergency Department: BLS, ACLS, & PALS IV certification is mandatory Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift; significant bending, stooping, and lifting/turning patients with assistance; capable of pushing/pulling/gripping up to 50 pounds Why Join Us?
