Utilizing the nursing process, the LPN offers patient care under the supervision of individuals licensed by a state regulatory board to prescribe medications and treatments, or under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). As a member of the healthcare team, you will assist in educating patients on a range of topics, from surgical expectations to post-discharge medication regimens.
