Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. This will be an in person position in retail. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing information about products and services.


Responsibilities:


* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

* Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

* Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

* Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.

* Provide excellent customer service and build customer loyalty.

* Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
