Now hiring a Construction Superintendent for direct-hire!Our client is a top General Contractor and Design/Build firm specializing in the development, design and build of real estate property and commercial construction within the multifamily, hospitality, medical facilities, educations facilities, convention centers and high-rise office building markets.

They are now hiring a commercial Construction Superintendent for the Reno, NV area. This will be a direct hire opportunity with full benefits, M/V/D, 401K, performance bonuses, company vehicle with a gas card and RELOCATION ASSISTANCE to those who qualify. Base salary from: $110K-$145K (depending on overall project experience).

Duties:
-Direct and control the total construction project to meet specifications and within the allotted time schedule.
-Assist in the preparation of all job progress and cost report
-All subcontractor coordination, maintaining schedules and timeline's
-Prepare 2-week look ahead schedules and daily/weekly progress reporting
-Quality control and safety

-Ground-up Commercial and/or Design-Build experience with a GC.
-Project experience should include, but not limited to: Mixed-use, multifamily, multi-story wood framing exp and/or large steel framing and glass office builds with parking garage or similar project build experience.
-Strong dirt work, underground utility, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and concrete experience.
-Full understanding of construction sequencing
