Today, Hamilton Medical is a leading manufacturer of critical care ventilation solutions for a wide variety of patient populations, applications, and environments.The position of Financial Analyst will report directly to the Controller. This position will be focused on administering the Company commission plan and sales data analysis.

• Analyze and ensure accuracy and proper classification of sales data
• Complete sales commission calculations and analysis
• Prepare complex analysis and modeling for compensation projects and programs. Optimize resources and ensure accuracy of data analytics
• Maintain accurate records of commissions.
• Collaborate with the sales team on commissions and sales analytics and resolve commission-related issues
• Develop, implement, and maintain sales metrics
• Review past sales data to determine trends
• Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends
• Analyze major customers and market direction
• Maintain a rolling forecast of short- and long-term views
• Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
• Present actionable information and insights to team members and management
• All other duties as assigned
• Must have a high level of organization and attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis
• Must have experience using BI and analytical tools (Power BI, SQL).
• A high degree of computer literacy including experience with integrated accounts payable systems, plus a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• The ability to maintain the confidentiality of financial data and results
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as great interpersonal -skills
• Possess a team mindset and flexibility to work on team projects.
• Position requires exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
• 3 years of industry experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with ERP -
