Responsibilities Hamilton company is significantly expanding its
workforces to keep up with ever-growing demands to continue making
a positive difference in the world. We are currently seeking
applicants for the role of Senior (Sr.) Process Technician who will
working in our injection molding cleanroom. The Sr. Process
Technician is heavily relied upon to provide technical expertise
and performs a variety of tasks associated with the operation,
preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of injection
molding units and automation. The specific responsibilities of the
Sr. Process Technician include, but not limited to: General
operation of injection molding machines, associated automation and
standalone equipment Installation and/or removal of molds from
injection molding machines Setting up and/or processing of settings
of newly installed molds Troubleshooting of alarms, faults and
other issues on injection molding machines, automation and
standalone equipment HMI-based programming, including
loading/copying/uninstalling operational profiles Preventative
maintenance and/or minor molding process adjustments to molding
process for optimized performance Work closely with
maintenance/engineering for installation and/or removal of
machine/automation components Perform administrative duties
(attendance, staffing assignments, daily reports, etc.) when
Production Lead is not on-duty and/or available Other duties as
assigned This position is open for the Day, Swing or Graveyard
shift. Day shift hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm. Swing shift hours are
3:30 pm to 12:00 am and Graveyard shift hours are 11:00 pm to 7:30
am. Qualifications To be successful in this role, an application
should have: Basic understanding of mechanical components,
engineering concepts and basic mathematics with knowledge of unit
measurements Ability to exert 50 pounds of force or more with
ability to constantly lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move
equipment/parts Ability to read complex instruction manuals, charts
and diagrams Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal
and written Education/Experience High School Diploma is required
Completion of degree program, certificate course or trade school in
automation and/or manufacturing is not required, but preferred 3
years working with injection molding units 1 year working with
