Responsibilities Hamilton Company is looking for a Warehouse
Returns Coordinator who will p erform all general office duties
coordinating Return Material Authorization (RMA) with the Hamilton
Logistics team. Other responsibilities may include: Assist project
leaders with various clerical and physical tasks including tracking
parts, closing work order, pulling parts from the warehouse, and
custom part assembly and packaging Responsible for processing,
monitoring and expediting Return Material Authorizations (Warranty
and Non-Warranty) including credits, invoicing, new accounts,
orders, quotes, etc. Take the lead in monitoring the RMA process
from start to finish in turning the RMA around in a timely manner
and respond to inquiries within a five-day time period with
solution or repaired product return. RMA entry and documentation
into Master Control. Technical support to troubleshoot inquiries
and solve failures and avoid an RMA. All other duties as assigned
Qualifications Good knowledge of computers, Microsoft Excel and
Word Excellent planning skills Ability to work in a
deadline-structured environment with skills of adaptability and
versatility Ability to take responsibility and function under
minimal supervision Strong interpersonal skills Good written and
verbal skills Previous Return Materials and/or Customer Service
experience in an order processing environment/inventory control
environment a plus. Education/Experience High school diploma
required Experience working in a manufacturing environment
