Title**Benefit Analyst**Job Description**The Benefit Analyst is
responsible for a broad range of benefit support and
administration. This position will collaborate across Human
Resources to support the implementation, communication and
administration of benefit and wellness programs, including open
enrollment and annual wellness screenings. The Benefit Analyst will
also research market trends to stay current on federal, state and
local laws/regulations impacting employee benefits and wellness
practices and may lead projects as assigned
groups.**Responsibilities**+ Conduct a variety of benefit analysis,
audits and reporting+ Partner with Human Resources on benefit and
wellness related matters, including benefit changes, coverage, and
policies+ Research and respond to escalated benefits inquires;
update and maintain information available to employees and leaders+
Administer, analyze, and evaluate benefit programs and provide
recommendations to improve employee satisfaction while also
maintaining tax, legal, and regulatory compliance+ Participate in
benefit and wellness surveys and award submissions+ Support and
ensure legal compliance, including maintain benefit policies,
procedure documentation, maintain plan documents and Summary Plan
Descriptions (SPDs) and ensure timely notices and disclosures are
communicated+ Provide technical, system and project management
support; review and approve Workday tasks; maintain Workday guides,
notifications and reports used for benefits+ Administer the
wellness program and resources, including the wellness screening
process, wellness communications, and online platform; partner with
wellness champions and vendor to offer engaging challenges,
seminars, and resources; analyze program utilization and provide
recommendations for changes and enhancements+ Other duties as
assigned**Minimum Qualifications**+ Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration or related area of study, or
equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in Human
Resources or Benefits; HS Diploma or GED is required+ 3 years of
work experience in Benefits and/or Human Resources+ Must be
eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or
residency sponsorship**Additional Qualifications**+ Ability to
analyze data with a high level of accuracy and consistency+ Ability
to handle stressful situations with confidence and diplomacy+
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and proficiency
with HR systems+ Excellent customer service and communication
skills+ Demonstrated confidence in communicating information to all
levels of employees+ Ability to work collaboratively+ Ability to
manage moderate complexity projects**Preferred Qualifications**+
Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefits
Professional (CBP) designation or in-progress+ Experience
administering a Wellness program**Minimum Physical Job
Requirements**+ Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed for
benefit and wellness initiatives+ Constantly required to sit, use
hands to handle or feel, talk and hear+ Frequently required to
reach with hands and arms+ Occasionally required to stand, walk and
stoop, kneel, and crouch+ Occasionally required to lift and/or move
up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds+
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close
vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth
perception and ability to adjust focus**Reporting Structure**+
Reports to a Manager, Director or Senior Director in the Human
Resources departmentPotential pay for this position ranges from
$55,400.00 - $83,400.00 based on location, experience and skills.To
