age.Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks include the
following: other duties may be assigned:
- Performs general maintenance around base area and all
facilities and working with others on the building maintenance
team, as well as with other departments.
- Basic maintenance skills required such as changing light bulbs,
batteries, tightening loose fixtures, etc..
- Works indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Heavy labor which includes snow removal, and furniture moving.

- Performs snow removal using snow blower, shovels, and ice
chipper.
- Keeps grounds clear of litter and empties trash cans around the
base area. -
- Responsible for general cleaning of fixtures and areas
throughout facilities as needed, including the cleaning of
restrooms.
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums floors throughout
facilities.
- Stocking paper goods.
- Responsible for the upkeep of the lawns by monitoring
sprinklers and making repairs when necessary, including maintaining
of flower beds.
- Mows, weeds, and fertilizes as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned by the building maintenance
