Job DescriptionPosition Purpose: * Provide initial and ongoing clinical assessment of treatment plans utilizing behavioral health expertise, industry standards, and policy requirements * Evaluate providers' recommendations for patient services and objectives. Ensure alignment between patient diagnosis, program objectives, and services recommended * Propose modifications to providers and discuss feedback on justifications for exceptions * Evaluate patient progress over multiple years and guide board certified behavioral analysts in updating treatment plans and patient objectives * Continuously research relevant publications for updates to scientific based guidelines Evaluate treatment plans, behavioral support plans and objectives for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Education/Experience: Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field. 5+ years of applied behavioral analysis experience. Extensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis within specific populations, understanding and working knowledge of insurance funding for applied behavior analysis. License/Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst Government Security/Clearance/Citizenship : As a government contractor, this position requires U. S. citizenship and proof of favorable adjudication following submission of Department of Defense form SF86 or higher security.
