Our client, a privately held company that operates in prepaid and
payments industries, is currently looking for an HR Coordinator for
a contract position expected to last six (6) months, with a
possibility of being extended or going perm. This position is
located in Reno, NV. ?? By working for our client, you will be

$23.00/hr ?? Position Summary: The HR Coordinator / Recruiter is
responsible for the entire lifecycle of the recruiting process. As
well as onboarding new employees including I-9 verification. ??
Primary Duties / Responsibilities: ?? Recruiting ??? Sourcing
resumes. ??? Phone screen candidates. ??? Initiate background
checks and follow up to ensure completion. ??? Initiate drug test
and follow up to ensure completion. ??? Manage background check and
drug test system. ??? Manage applicant tracking system. ??? Use
social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical
means to source candidates for open jobs. ??? Coordinate schedules
for interviews. ?? Onboarding ??? New Hire Orientation. ??? I-9
verification. ?? Education/Experience/Skills: ??? Highschool
diploma required. ??? 1+ year experience in recruiting ??
Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities): ??? Strong PC, Excel
and System skills and experience required. ??? Excellent oral and
written communication skills. ??? Strong sense of urgency. ???
Ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment. Physical
Demands / Work Environment ??? Travel less 5% of time. ?? ??
