  • CT Tech position available at Renown Regional Medical Center
  • Role: CT Scan Technologist (Inpatient)
  • Position is responsible for providing optimal patient care, coordinating daily workflow, and ensuring quality control monitoring
  • Responsible for making technical decisions, administering IV contrast materials under radiologist direction, and maintaining current certifications
  • Position must be proficient with CT scanning and contrast injecting equipment
    • Job Requirements
    • 2 years of clinical diagnostic radiographic experience preferred
    • American Registry of Radiological Technologists ARRT(R) upon hire; AART (CT) Registry must be acquired within 12 months upon hire
    • BLS (AHA) Certification
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under stress while maintaining strict confidentiality
      • Schedule Information
      • 40 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, Varied Shifts centered around day shift hours
      • No call Required
      • Must be willing to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during the schedule period
      • Schedule may include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Responsible for coordination of daily workflow in the CT department
        • Provides strategic planning input for the future direction of the CT department
        • Performs CT procedures according to Imaging Director and Renown Health CT Department Policy & Procedure manual
          • Additional Details
          • Travelers may be required to float to meet the needs of the organization up to their competency level
          • Renown has the right to call off, without penalty, 48 hours, for low census per 13-week contract
