Job Description:
A company is looking for a Portuguese Speaker Customer Success
Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and respond to customer inquiries through various
communication channels
Process payments on customer accounts
Document customer interactions using CRM
Required Qualifications:
Fluency in Portuguese, with preference for Spanish fluency as
well
Availability to work remotely from noon to 9PM ET
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with
customers
Curiosity, motivation, and ability to adapt to new challenges
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems in
real-time
