A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist for
Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with understanding product functionality
Troubleshoot and document customer issues for timely resolution
Provide support for multiple product lines
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in applicable field or 2-5 years of relevant
experience preferred
Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or
Supply chain is a must
Service oriented focus and ability to work as part of a fast paced,
high performance team
Ability to handle multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet
demanding deadlines
Experience in relevant industry/platform
Ability to work Eastern Time
