Job Description:

A growing bank is looking to add an experienced SBA Lender to its team. The right individual will have a demonstrated history of loan production, business development, and credit acumen.--What You Will Do:

• Originate, evaluate, and prepare SBA loans in compliance with established guidelines
• Build and nourish relationships with small business clients
• Contribute to and exceed assigned loan volume/production goals
• Effectively grow fee, deposit, and portfolio revenue through business development and presenting solutions to clients
• Be the point person between client and internal departments in the loan process--What You Will Need:
  • 3 years of SBA lending experience with an emphasis on business development
  • Primary focus on 7(a) lending
  • Strong referral / center of influence network
  • Basic understanding of loan structure processes, underwriting, and regulations associated with bank lending
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer relations and sales skills
  • Desire to be compensated based on production
