Responsibilities:
--- Generate a minimum of 2 verified appointments per week
--- Remain knowledgeable about industry trends and company products, and educate customers about the potential benefits of solar
--- Accurately maintain records on homeowner prospect's information
--- Operate and advocate Reno Solar Solar's core values, decisions, and policies
--- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
--- No experience required
--- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
--- Assertive, confident, and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
--- Ability to make decisions with openness and fairness
--- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously
--- Analytical ability with attention to detail
--- Ability to remain flexible with company changes
--- Willingness to be mentored
--- Ability to represent Reno Solar with professionalism and expertise
--- Ability to meet lead generation goals every week
--- Excellent sales and marketing skills with proven lead-generation tactics. (preferred)

Required Education and Experience
--- Must be authorized to work in the United States
--- Must be at least 18 years old
--- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
--- High school diploma or equivalent required
--- Basic computer skills required
--- Previous canvassing or sales experience preferred
--- Knowledge of the solar industry preferred
