Now hiring a Senior Superintendent for direct-hire!Trillium Construction is now hiring in Reno, NV!

Our client is a family-owned and operated General Contractor based in Reno specializing in multi-family, hospitality, and commercial projects. They are now looking to bring on Senior Superintendent to direct and oversee all concrete construction activities for the concrete division. This is a direct placement opportunity and this candidate will be required to relocate to Reno, NV and the salary falls between $180k - $200k a year, DOE. Benefits package includes M/V/D, 401K, PTO, and performance bonuses. This candidate will also receive a company vehicle and gas card.

Duties include (but not limited to):
---Oversee all activities for concrete division: bidding, estimates, scheduling, staffing decisions, and subcontractor relationships and communication
---Perform accurate material and labor takeoff of concrete, forming materials and rebar
---Schedule projects and show sequencing of work in Microsoft project or other scheduling software systems
---Communicate with owners, developers, management, subcontractors and staff

If interested, please apply today!---Minimum of 5 years' experience as a senior superintendent in full charge of poured-in-place, self-perform concrete construction for multi-level structures and at least years working in the concrete field.
---Experience with hot and cold weather concrete. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of mix designs for appropriate weather conditions and specific job types.
---Must have knowledge of union rules and preferably will have worked in a union environment.
---Must be able to budget projects through own experience or in conjunction with subcontractors
