Patient Services Representative, you would be crucial to our
mission. You would be the first and last ROC employee our patients
would interact with. On any given day, you could make patients feel
less nervous or scared to visit our providers or make a patients

Patient Services Representative? This position focuses its time and
effort on the following duties, though others may be required:
- Check-in/Check-out patients and schedule follow up
appointments.
- Accurately enter patient demographic information.
- Scan photo IDs and insurance card as well as verify
insurances.
- Collect applicable co-pays and ensure billing information is
updated.
- Balance money drawers at end of day.
- Maintain calm and efficient patient flow through the clinics.
Work Environment This position operates in a professional office
environment. The noise level is usually moderate. May require
travel to and from other locations. What do you need to have to be
considered? To be successful in this role, you must have the
following minimum qualifications: Certifications/Educations:
- High School Diploma Knowledge of:
- Customer service principles and practices NOTE: This position
requires the incumbent to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and
