Including, but not limited to, cultivation scheduling, planning, staffing, storage & transport. The Company provides an unparalleled in-store experience, coupled with online reservations and in-store express pickup.Each day, Jushi team members continue to grow, cultivate, process and manufacture a comprehensive suite of cannabis brands under the names: , , , and , which are addressing a wide variety of consumer and patient needs across multiple states. -WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Assist -with Cultivation labor planning and Cultivation scheduling -to drive achievement of production targets and quality standardsTrack all Cultivation Metrics/KPI's (G/sqft, testing data, environmental parameters from crop cycles)Identify, investigate, correct, and document potential environmental and safety problems Maintain product quality while ensuring compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, and safetyLead problem resolution to identify quality/productivity-related problems, recommend measures for improvement, and lead and participate in quality/productivity improvement initiativesMaintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment that adheres to all company policies, procedures, and Ohio regulations.In collaboration with HR, ensure compliance with timecard reporting, performance management, and employee relations.Lead meetings with the management team to discuss supply/demand, new projects, and upcoming changes to operations and potential construction projectsEffective communication and constructive cooperation between multiple locations and all levels of employeesOversee proper and adequate storage of all products Ensure all product leaving the facility is compliant with the State of Massachusetts.WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Two years of previous Cannabis Cultivation Experience.Ability to multitask and work through constant interruption Strong project management skills and experience Highly organized and meticulous Ability to handle high-stress situations Team-oriented and collaborative with a positive attitude Comfortable in a start-up environment - willingness and interest to roll up sleeves Strong verbal and written communications skills Proficient in all Office Suites (Google, Microsoft Office) Proven experience in creating systems and processes Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, opening and closingBONUS DUTIES:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
