Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks include the following; other duties may be assigned:
    • Conduct athlete training sessions
    • Provide athletic and behavioral direction and feedback supporting long-term athletic development and sportsmanship
    • Adapt to training environment and adjust techniques based upon conditions and strengths/weaknesses of the athletes
    • Know and adhere to schedule, time & attendance expectations
    • Meet, greet and interact with guests, athletes and parents daily
    • Be a role model for others
    • Help maintain quality and appearance of all Team and on-mountain facilities
    • Stay current and adhere to all company guidelines, policies and procedures including but not limited to: Employee Ski & Ride Policy, safety, behavior, appearance, travel, time & attendance, Safesport, and others
    • Attend and positively contribute to required trainings and meetings
    • Ensure and execute teamwork within the team, departments and company
    • Perform other duties as assigned and agreed to with supervisor, manager and/or director Competencies and Job Requirements:

Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, see, and hear. Must be capable of walking or standing up to 90% or more of a normal work shift. Must be capable of occasionally carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling up to 75lbs. Must capable of occasionally squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and balancing, able to climb ladders and shovel snow. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus. Working Conditions: Indoor/Outdoor: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee will frequently be exposed to extreme cold, wetness and/or humidity, and occasionally blizzards and extreme storm conditions. Hazardous Materials/Noise: The noise level in the work place is usually moderate. Equipment Used in Job: Describe equipment used in job. Education and Experience: Required:
        • Advanced or Expert Ski and/or Snowboard skills
        • Fluent in reading, writing and communicating in English
        • Safesport current
        • Background check Preferred:
          • High School diploma or GED
          • PSIA/AASI, US Ski & Snowboard and/or IFSA certification ExperienceRequired
            • US Ski & Snowboard MembershipPreferred
              • US Ski & Snowboard Level 100 or Higher
              • PSIA Certification, Children Specialist
              • Basic level of comfort utilizing "smart" devices, tablets, video camera, etc.
              • Prior applicable coaching experienceEducationPreferred
