The Welbe Advocate Assistant Training Specialist will also serve as a SME in both operational processes and systems used by the Health Plan Services team and will ensure that the comprehensive training program is inclusive of any additional training on systems as applicable. This role requires strong customer service, program management, and communication skills as well as experience and understanding of training methods. These training plans and programs include both new hire programs and ongoing and ad-hoc training needs.+ Provides feedback, ideas and assist supervisor with developing processes for evaluation of training and program effectiveness and incorporates feedback into future design.+ Identifies learners who require additional support and provides feedback to training supervisor and partners with learners supervisor to provide that additional support and coaching.+ Under direction of training supervisor works with technology team to understand technology and system deployments and/or releases to understand impact to the team and assess what needs to be trained.+ Under direction of training supervisor works with Training & Development team to ensure that the training program is consistent and aligned with their standards and workscollaboratively to ensure that across teams, the training programs are structured in a way to make training effective.+ Strong connection to value of shared intention through teamwork and collaboration.+ Other duties as assigned.**Qualifications and Requirements:**+ High School Diploma or equivalency.+ Valid State Drivers License with a clean DMV record.+ Copy of recent Vehicle Insurance required.+ Minimum of two years experience as a trainer, corporate trainer, training specialist and/or similar role.+ Previous experience in facilitating training, public speaking and/or similar role.+ Previous experience working in healthcare as training specialist/systems trainer in a previous role preferred.+ Previous experience working with E.H.R. and contact center systems and platforms preferred.+ Outstanding customer service orientation in person, telephone, written.+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.+ Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.+ Ability to lead by example and motivate a team to deliver outcomes+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.+ Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.+ Experience and competency working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.+ Commitment to unlocking the full potential of our most vulnerable seniors.+ Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.**COVID-19 Vaccination Policy**At WelbeHealth, our mission is to unlock the full potential of our vulnerable seniors.
