Position Purpose Under the direction of Network Services
Leadership, this position provides optimal patient care utilizing
knowledge and skills within the context of the nursing process. The
incumbent is accountable for individualized patient outcomes over
an entire episode of care. This position participates in a
collaborative process with the physician to meet a patient's

Provides patient care, assessment and planning in close
collaboration with the physician. Is responsible for facilitating
patient communications as needed, including but not limited to
returning phone calls and MyChart messaging.

potentially avoidable/non-reimbursed events, quality indicators and

Minimum Qualifications Requirements - Required and/or Preferred
Name Description Education: Must have working-level knowledge of
the English language, including reading, writing and speaking
English. Appropriate education to obtain and maintain Registered
Nursing licensure in the state of Nevada. Experience: Minimum of
one (1) year RN experience preferred. License(s): Ability to obtain
and maintain a State of Nevada Registered Nurse license.
Certification(s): BLS from AHA approved program required. ACLS from
AHA approved program required for cost center 530410 and
ONS OCN required within three years for cost center 530382 only.
Computer / Typing: Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90
the computers skills necessary to complete online learning
requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and
policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
