The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting THE
ROW's recruitment function by posting current job opportunities and
sourcing, screening, and referring eligible candidates to hiring
managers. This Team Member will assist the Recruiter with
maintaining the applicant tracking system, effectively communicate
at all levels from applicants to executive leadership, thoroughly
screen to identify top performers and culture fit for our
organization, and ensure a Family Style Service experience
throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

All HR Team Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner

integrity, and exercise strict confidentiality in all areas of
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Post current job opportunities on career portal and various
job boards such as Indeed to increase applicant flow and
engagement. * Review candidate applications, conduct phone and
video screenings, refer candidates to hiring managers, and extend
employment offers as needed. * Maintain applicant workflow status
in the applicant tracking system. * Work in close partnership with
all HR Team Members and Leadership to be a credible resource for
our applicants, internal Team Members and Leadership. * Proactive
approach to identify opportunities and assess improvements to the
applicant and hiring experience while partnering with the HR team
to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions. * Ensure
all inquiries are answered and/or properly routed in a timely
manner. * Maintain accurate files throughout the recruiting and
onboarding process; in electronic and paper form. * Enhance job
satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and
benefits and organizing team building activities. * Support any
other special projects as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Must be bilingual in Spanish. * Experience working in HR or
Recruiting related fields (1-2 years preferred). * Maintains a high
degree of professionalism - can interact with all levels of the
organization as a main point of contact for team. * Strong ability
to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity. *
Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with federal, state
and local employment laws/regulations and company policies. *
Proven planning and organizational skills, attention to detail and
accuracy. * Proactive and able to take initiative. * Must be able
to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling
conflicts. * Can multi-task and work in a fast-paced energetic
environment. * Desire to work as a team with a results-driven
approach. * Proven track record of exceptional customer service
skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English and Spanish, including grammar and proofreading skills. *
Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite, previous experience
with an applicant tracking system and HRIS strongly preferred.
