This position is responsible for performing a variety of job duties that help in the printing, processing, and packaging of orders. They are responsible for collecting and sorting customer orders before they are sent to shipping and receiving to be mailed to the customer.ResponsibilitiesPerform all functions related to the processing, packing, and sorting of the productSort all packaged orders into correct bins to complete customer orders before sending to logistics for shippingUse manual pallet jacks as neededUse scan guns as needed to help sort and complete customer ordersEnsure area remains clean and up to standard, including performing regular inspections to make sure no broken or damagedPerform regular quality checks, working to consistently reduce internal defects and ensuring a quality product is delivered to the proper customer on timeStaying compliant with minimum performance and accuracy expectationsRequirementsMinimum High School Diploma or EquivalentPrevious experience in a lean or production manufacturing environmentPrevious experience picking, packing, sortingTeam player who is reliable, eager to learn, train and rotate through the various operationsBasic counting and mathematical skills to pick the correct quantityAbility to respond with flexibility to changing work demandsThe ability to perform normal sitting and standing activities and lift to 50 lbs.The ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 10hours)The ability read comprehensive documents?
