The current Full Charge Bookkeeper has been with the organization for 15+ years. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity located within a beautiful office space in South Reno. Responsibilities with include client contact, partnering with their client's internal staff to complete journal entries, prepare monthly financial statements, some light payroll functions, etc. During tax season, this individual may also assist with completing individual tax returns, or helping to prepare documentation for CPAs to complete. This firm's book of business ranges from law firms to construction or construction-related companies to HOAs, manufacturing, and real estate. A high majority of their client base is running on QuickBooks at this time. In time, this individual could have the opportunity to manage a small team of office personnel (bookkeepers, receptionists, etc) should that be a long-term desire. This firm does NOT offer healthcare options at this time, but would be open to dialogue for the individuals that may need healthcare options. Company does provide paid time off, holiday pay, 401k match and other perks that are certainly appealing! Compensation target is $55k-$65k, depending on years of experience, degree not required.
