Job Description:

A company is looking for a Junior Microsoft 365 Organizational Adoption Consultant in the Eastern US, who will be responsible for executing an OCM strategy and helping customers succeed in their adoption and digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to understand the main pains, resistance, and potential benefits of customers' digital transformation journey
Strategize change by identifying the best options for communications and training, and building communication, training, and champions plans
Educate end-users, champions, and stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transition or transformation

Qualifications:

Demonstrated expertise in OCM projects applied to Microsoft 365
Experience working with enterprise customers to assess, envision, plan, design, and implement OCM programs
PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner or Microsoft Adoption Specialist certification(s) is a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva Engage (Yammer), and new products like Loop and Microsoft Copilot
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and adjust to different cultures
