To fulfill this vision, we are seeking dynamic people who want to join us in leading the way to this new world.ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU WILL DOReporting directly to the COO, the Senior Vice President, Technology (SVPT) will lead the Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams. Your initial focus will be to align efforts around our Beta release, while also crafting a long-term roadmap for each technology team to drive security and scale in operations and in future releases of our products. Other responsibilities include:

• Being a collaborative member of the executive team and strategically planning, adjusting, and executing the roadmap alongside executive stakeholders.
• Developing and operationalizing a forward-thinking technology strategy that promotes our vision, ethos and long-term objectives.
• Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure to certify functionality, security, and efficiency while maximizing ROI of existing technology provisions.
• Enforcing technology and security standards across the organization enabled by sound governance, risk-managed per industry standards and compliant not only by topic (e.g., privacy) but cross-jurisdictionally.
• Ensuring that all software solutions are developed efficiently, profitably, and securely.
• Overseeing the evaluation, development, and deployment of all applications, web, and mobile services per DevSecOps principles and best practices.
• Ensuring architected scale and risk-managed integrity of backend provisions, server configuration, database administration, security, etc.) and frontend development.
• Conducting reviews of the Web3 landscape and recommending solutions that improve long-term competitiveness of our solutions, from web portals to restful APIs, from SDKs to packaged applications, and their secure, scaled interoperability with client and partner solutions.
• Studying current and new industry trends, technologies, and software development and providing input as to where the Company's products fit within the global software ecosystem.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEEDAs the SVPT, you have a roll-up your sleeves and humble mindset, ready to pitch in at every level of the organization. You are passionate about Web3 and recognize the unique ability blockchain technology has to provide opportunities to all individuals.You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are a "big picture" thinker and have strong initiative, communication, and management skills. You are able to support multiple projects simultaneously in various stages of development and have the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. You have a strong knowledge of technical trends and the ability to develop a strategy around such trends. Experience working in regulated industries is a plus.RequirementsYOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEThis position requires 10+ years' experience in a high-growth or start-up organization, with 5+ years in a CTO, CIO, CISO, SVPT leadership role and 7+ years of software industry experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical certifications in relevant technologies. Previous experience managing both web and mobile apps, building B2B and B2C products, and working in regulated industries is a strong plus.
