Job Description:
A growing food company located near Salt Lake City, UT is
currently searching for a Human Resources Manager.In return, the
company offers a good starting salary w/ bonus, benefits and
relocation if needed.Qualifications & Requirements:-Related degree
(BS/BA) from an accredited College or University is
required-Experience in a Food manufacturing/24/7
operation-Knowledgeable in Workers comp and Unemployment
issues-Actively participated in employee investigations and EEOC
claims-Active participant in recruiting hourly and salary
positions-Strong leadership skills--Trains, mentors and develops
one (1) HR Generalist-Has worked with safety manager and has safety
skills-Managed onboarding/off boarding, training department,
development of training plans, active participant in recruiting
process in area that is hard to recruit.-Experience working in
large facilities of at least 250+ FTE
