• Our client is currently seeking an Human Resources Business Partner for their facility located in Reno, NV. Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, organizational structure, workforce planning, and other HR initiatives.
• Spearhead the evolution of our HR infrastructure with an emphasis on employer compliance and employee relations
• Work to invigorate and drive culture through incentives and reward systems
• Set the strategy on how to scale our HR practices as we continue to grow
• Continuously improve company programs, policies, practices and processes associated with meeting the strategic and operational people issues of the organization
• Evaluates the HR division structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as for providing individuals with professional and personal growth opportunities. Qualifications:
• Experience within an industrial, distribution, or manufacturing facility is highly preferred
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM certification is a plus!
• 3+ years of HR Business Partner, HR Management, or Generalist experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
• Strong experience recruiting and retaining an hourly workforce is required
