Aramark is seeking a dynamic District Manager to lead our hospitality and travel divisions with a focus on operational excellence and innovative service solutions. In this pivotal role, you will oversee multiple locations within a designated geographical district, driving performance and ensuring the highest level of service delivery. This position is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to enhancing customer experiences while achieving company objectives. Manage the operations of all sites within the district, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery that aligns with Aramark's standards. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial performance targets, including revenue growth and profitability. Lead, coach, and mentor site managers to build cohesive teams and promote a culture of excellence and accountability. Oversee the compliance of all sites with health and safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements. Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction, implementing improvements where necessary. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, fostering strong relationships and maintaining high retention rates. Drive innovation and efficiencies through the adoption of new technologies and processes. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
