Round Table Pizza is looking for friendly, motivated team members to help us deliver an excellent guest experience. As a Crew Member, you'll assist in preparing and serving our delicious pizzas, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and working together with your team to create a positive workplace culture. What You’ll Do: Accurately enter guest orders via phone, register, or third-party delivery tablets Assist with food preparation and pizza making according to our brand standards Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant during your shift Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Support a respectful and positive work environment with fellow team members What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to help support business needs Perks & Benefits: Participation in a tip pool (adds approximately $2.00–$5.00 per hour to your base wage) Free meals during 30-minute breaks Employee discounts on food Flexible scheduling options (Great for students) Paid sick time Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age Prior experience in food or customer service is a plus, but not required Positive attitude Must have or be willing to obtain an Alcohol Awareness Card
