Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Work 3x12 hour day shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week • 2 years Med Surg/Tele experience required • Nevada RN license required prior to start • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS • Must pass a telemetry competency exam including identifying and measuring telemetry rhythm strips • Provide comprehensive nursing services to adolescent, adult and geriatric patients and their families • Utilize nursing process for optimal patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation • May be required to float to other departments based on competency level and organizational needs • Required to pick up one additional shift during schedule period • Schedule varies based on department needs and may include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts • No call requirements • Subject to call off without penalty with 48 hours notice for low census (may be full or partial shifts) • Coordinate care between other healthcare professionals as needed Facility: This healthcare facility serves as the region's only Level II Trauma Center and treats over 80,000 emergency and trauma patients annually.
