a dedicated Oncology Registered Nurse to join our team on a per
diem basis. This position offers a consistent day shift schedule
with no call requirements, making it a great option for nurses
seeking flexibility while continuing to provide high-quality
patient care. Position Details - Specialty: Oncology - Employment
Type: Per Diem - Assignment Length: 26 weeks - Shift: Day shift -
Schedule: 12-hour shifts - Call: Not required Job Description The
Oncology RN is responsible for delivering compassionate,
evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing cancer
treatment. This role includes patient assessment, care
coordination, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary oncology
care team to support optimal outcomes. Responsibilities - Provide
direct nursing care to oncology patients - Monitor patient status
and report changes in condition - Administer medications and
treatments as ordered - Educate patients and families on treatment
plans and care - Maintain accurate and timely documentation -
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams -
Adhere to all clinical, safety, and compliance standards Compliance
& Requirements - Active nursing license (verification required) -
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required About American
