Job Description:
We are seeking a Vascular Neurologist to add to our growing
team. Renown Health is the largest not-for-profit integrated health
system and teaching hospital with the University of Nevada Reno,
School of Medicine. Vascular Fellowship is mandatory. Strong
experience in the ICU is a must. Vascular Neurologists round in the
NeuroICU treating severe brain hemorrhage, ischemic stroke
management, TBI, oversee care of complex neurological conditions
and prepare the patient for post-acute rehabilitation. Candidate
must have ability to "read and treat" MRI, CT, CTA. The Neurologist
will lead the Stroke Team when on shift. Renown Regional houses The
Renown Institute for Neurosciences and Comprehensive Stroke Center
Renown Health s established Research Department provides support to
coordinate clinical trials or take the opportunity to conduct

Level II Trauma Center 800 bed Regional Transfer Center 14 shifts /
month 24 hour shifts, flexible scheduling 1- half day/month
outpatient Stroke clinic Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center
Expanding to add a Primary Stoke Center location Strong APP support
