Float Pool - Full-Time - Night Shift This full-time night shift
position for a Registered Nurse in the Regional Float Pool involves
providing nursing care across various hospitals in the St. Louis
region. The role encompasses multiple specialties, including
Medical/Surgical, Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department, and
Labor & Delivery. Candidates should possess one to two years of
recent bedside nursing experience, relevant certifications, and a
valid nursing license. This position offers flexibility and

Nurse will apply theoretical knowledge to make informed decisions
in practice, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating
personalized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients,
adhering to established nursing standards. The selected candidate
will be required to report to facilities within the designated
regional area of their home hospital. Specific facilities will be
determined upon hiring with approval from the leadership team.

Shift Incentives: Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - No Contract Required
Base Pay: Based on Experience Plus: Regional Float Pool Perks and
Shift Differentials: $2.75 for Evenings, $4.60 for Nights, $1.50
for Weekends Benefits: Comprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental

years of service, offering up to $8/hour based on tenure

Medical, Surgical Telemetry (Tele): Cardiac, Surgical, Medical
Stepdown (SD): Medical, Surgical, Trauma, Neurology, Cardiac
Intensive Care Unit (ICU): Cardiac Vascular ICU, Trauma ICU, Burn
ICU, Surgical ICU, Neurology ICU Emergency Department (ED) Labor &

Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Preferred
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Licensure: Must
obtain and maintain a current RN license in the state of employment
and meet all state nursing board requirements. Required Experience:
One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg. For other
specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent
bedside RN experience is required. Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with Epic software Certifications (Required to Start):

Women's Health - BLS & Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) For
Critical Care - BLS, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
For Emergency Department - BLS, ACLS, & Pediatric Advanced Life
Support (PALS) Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and
walk for most of the shift; significant bending, stooping, and
lifting of patients with assistance; ability to push, pull, or grip
