Float Pool - Full Time - Nights This full-time position for a
Registered Nurse in our float pool entails delivering comprehensive
nursing care to adult and elderly patients across various hospital
units and facilities within a designated regional area. Candidates
should possess a minimum of one to two years of recent bedside
nursing experience, relevant certifications, and a valid RN
license. The role offers a sign-on bonus, shift differentials,
tuition reimbursement, and retirement plans, fostering career

report to facilities within the regional area of their home
hospital. Specific facilities will be determined upon hiring, with

Cardiac Intensive Care (ICU): CVICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, Surgical
ICU, Neuro ICU Emergency Department (ED/ER) Labor & Delivery

Education: Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
Preferred Education: BSN Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a
current RN license in the state of employment and comply with all
state board of nursing regulations. Required Experience: One year
of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg roles. For other
specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent
bedside RN experience is required. Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with Epic software Certifications (Must have upon
starting): BLS for Med/Surg and Behavioral Health BLS & NRP for
Women's Health BLS, ACLS for Critical Care BLS, ACLS, & PALS for
Emergency Department Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and
walk for most of the shift; frequent bending, stooping, and
lifting/turning patients with assistance; ability to push/pull/grip
