Night Shift, Labor/Delivery/Nursery This full-time night shift RN
role involves delivering comprehensive nursing services in the
labor, delivery, postpartum, nursery, and special care units. The
position necessitates collaboration with various departments,
safeguarding patient rights and confidentiality, and ensuring
high-quality care for mothers and infants. Candidates with a
minimum of one year of labor and delivery experience are preferred,
and an active RN license along with Basic Life Support

Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care while
maintaining professional accountability for the care provided to
assigned patients. Assesses the overall effectiveness of care
delivered by other caregivers and coordinates patient care in
collaboration with various departments. Upholds patient rights and
confidentiality of information, performing all duties in alignment
with our mission, values, and service standards. Position Details:
Premium Night Shift Sign-On Bonus: Experienced Nurses: $13,000
Labor/Delivery/Nursery RN 36 hours per week, Night Shift Location:
Festus, MO 63028 * Preference for candidates with 1 or more years
of Labor and Delivery experience * Our unit encompasses labor,
delivery, postpartum, well newborns, and a level II special care
nursery. Additionally, we provide care for GYN surgical patients.
Nurses are expected to adapt fluidly to various patient
populations. Qualifications: Education: Must have graduated from an
accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN
license in the state of employment or compact licensure, meeting
all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications: Basic Life
Support certification from the American Heart Association or
successful completion of the course within 30 days of hire. Why
