Education & Loan Support: • $10,000 Scholar Loan Program (LPN to RN) Position Overview: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Medical-Surgical Unit 5W Location: Our Hospital 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128 Schedule: Full-Time | 36 hours/week Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2,000 for both part-time and full-time staff Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED Licensure: Completion of an accredited practical nursing program Must possess and maintain a current LPN license in Missouri, adhering to all State Board of Nursing regulations Equivalent educational experience and successful licensure may be taken into account Experience: Open to new graduates as well as seasoned LPNs Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (or to be obtained within 30 days of hire) LPN-IV Certification to be completed prior to employment or within 3 months (up to 1 year depending on unit requirements) Physical Requirements: Regular standing and walking throughout the shift Frequent bending, stooping, and assisting with patient lifting/turning Capability to push, pull, and grip weights up to 50 lbs Why Choose Us?
