Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 24 months of current Med Surg experience License: Active California or Compact license Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Flu vaccination Nursys must show no hits on license at the time of submission. All requests for time off (RTO) must be listed on the cover page, and no more than 7 days will be approved. Travel experience is preferred. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med Surg position. Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months of current Med Surg experience. Certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross are required. The candidate's license must show no disciplinary actions. RTO cannot be approved in the first week of the assignment or during holidays. Flu vaccination status must be included in the submission notes. All selected candidates must meet specific background requirements. Resume submissions must include details on all facilities and units worked in. Candidates should also provide a skills checklist specific to Med Surg. The selected candidate will have an on-call schedule determined by the facility.
