The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will apply theoretical knowledge
to make informed decisions in practice, focusing on assessing,
planning, implementing, and evaluating personalized nursing care
for adult and geriatric patients, adhering to established nursing

various designated facilities within the community. Position

Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 No Contract Required Base Pay: Based on
Experience PLUS Regional Float Pool Perks AND Shift Differentials:
$2.75 for Evenings, $3.75 for Nights, $1.50 for Weekends Benefits:

You Will Serve (Minimum of 3 assigned): Facility A - St. Louis, MO
Facility B - Festus, MO Facility C - South St. Louis County, MO
Facility D - Washington, MO Facility E - Troy, MO Facility F -
Perryville, MO Facility G - Cape Girardeau, MO Facility H - Dexter,
MO Units You May Float To: Potential units include Orthopedics,
Med/Surg, Medical Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown, Medical Stepdown,
Surgical Stepdown, Cardiac Telemetry, Cardiac Vascular Intensive
Care, Oncology, Neurology, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health,
ICU, and more! Qualifications: Required Education: Completion of an
accredited practical nursing program Licensure: Must obtain and
maintain a current LPN license in the state of practice, fulfilling
all State Board of Nursing requirements Experience: At least one
year of recent bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg roles For other
specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent
bedside LPN experience is required. Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with Epic software Certifications (Required to Start):
For Med/Surg (MS) - BLS Certification For Critical Care (CC) - BLS,
ACLS Certifications For Emergency Department (ED) - BLS, ACLS, &
PALS Certifications IV certification is mandatory Physical
Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift; frequent
bending, stooping, and lifting/turning patients with assistance;
