Overview: Employing the nursing process, you will deliver

process to deliver patient care effectively. Maintain
accountability for the care provided to assigned patients. Evaluate
the effectiveness of care from other direct caregivers. Coordinate
patient care with various departments. Ensure patient rights are
respected and confidentiality is upheld. Perform all duties in
alignment with our mission, values, and service standards.
Qualifications: Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited
registered nursing program. Licensure: Responsible for obtaining
and maintaining a current RN license in the state of employment,
including meeting all state board of nursing requirements. Physical
Requirements: The role involves regularly pushing, pulling, or
lifting up to 50 pounds. Prolonged standing and walking are
required during each shift, along with the ability to grip, reach,
bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary. Certifications: Basic
Life Support certification from the American Heart Association is
required within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications may be
necessary based on the specific position or unit, including but not
limited to: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) NRP (Neonatal
Resuscitation Program) ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) CPHON (Certified
Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurse) OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) PEARS (Pediatric Assessment
Recognition and Stabilization) S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature,
Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And Emotional Support) C-EFM
(Fetal Monitor Certification) Other unit-specific certifications as
