In this role, you will oversee the provision of nursing care for a
designated patient group around the clock, ensuring high-quality
clinical outcomes while optimizing resource use. Successfully
managing nursing care involves fostering a professional practice

Louis, MO 63128 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30

organization. Qualifications: Education: A Bachelor’s degree is
required. Preferred Education: A Master’s degree is advantageous.
Licensure: A current RN Temporary Permit or RN license in the state
of practice is necessary. Experience: At least three years of
clinical experience is required. Additional Requirements:
Demonstrated leadership skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and
the capacity to apply effective management and supervision
principles. Proficiency in personal computer usage and the ability
to analyze complex data from various information systems. Why
