Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Sierra Medical Center. This per diem opportunity offers a flexible and varied night shift schedule, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, evaluating outcomes and adjusting nursing care processes as needed to ensure optimal patient care.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments on all patients, including pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients, and reassess as per policy.
• Accurately assess and reassess pain, utilizing appropriate pain management techniques and educating patients and families on pain management.
• Use the triage process to ensure timely and appropriate care to patients, accurately assigning triage categories.Requirements
  • Current RN Registered Nurse Licensure
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
