Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a permanent full time Medical Director / Family Physician in Susanville, CA.Requirements:Specialty: Family PracticeEducation: MDLicense: California Facility Details:Dates/ Schedule needed: All of our providers start off working 5 eight hour shifts the first couple of months and 4 ten hour shifts are available Additional information: Salary range: Base of $225,000 annually, $50,000 sign on bonus spread out over three years with 5K relocation.
