You will communicate with physicians/Nurse Managers /Directors and co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Also, you will back-up the Nurse Navigator in the Participate in the Joint and Spine monthly educational classes.
